			My husband and I relocated to the area in 1986 from the Northeast from careers in education and the aerospace industry. We were in search of a milder climate, lower taxes, less traffic and affordable waterfront. New Bern offered it all and more. It has history, charm, year round boating, golf, excellent medical facilities and an airport for convenience to visit family. I jumped into the real estate business with both feet and have been going strong ever since, assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. As a Graduate of the REALTORS® Institute, I specialize in selling and listing residential, waterfront, lots, new construction, retirement and first time homes. My goal is to help you achieve your real estate needs, by giving a great deal of attention to every detail, before during and after the sale.
